These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern all purchases made from the AxolotlCraft store located at store.axolotlcraft.net and axolotlcraft.store. By purchasing from our store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Payments

All payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways. - Coinbace
All Coinbase payments are securely processed via blockchain technology.
3. Refunds & Chargebacks
- Refund Policy:
All sales made on the AxolotlCraft store are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases under any circumstances. - Chargebacks:
Initiating a chargeback will result in an immediate ban from our store and other stores powered by CraftingStore. We reserve the right to block any future transactions from users who engage in chargebacks.
4. Delivery of Products
- Instant Delivery:
All purchased items, including keys, ranks, items, and abilities, are delivered instantly upon successful payment. If you do not receive your items, please contact us at play.axolotlcraft.net@gmail.com. - Account Binding:
Purchased items are bound to the Minecraft account username provided at checkout. Make sure to enter your username correctly, as we do not offer transfers between accounts. If you are playing on Bedrock Edition, make sure you add a "." at the start of your username. An example of this is ".Minecraft".
5. User Responsibilities
- Age Restrictions:
You must be at least 13 years old to make purchases from the AxolotlCraft store. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement. - Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for maintaining access to and control of your Minecraft account. We are not liable for any loss or misuse of your account. - Fraudulent Activity:
Any fraudulent activities, including the use of stolen payment information, will result in a permanent ban from AxolotlCraft and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
6. Server Rules
- While there are no specific in-game behavior rules tied to store purchases, all players are expected to follow the general rules of AxolotlCraft. Failure to comply may result in penalties, including a ban from the server.
7. Ownership of Virtual Goods
- All virtual items, ranks, keys, and abilities purchased on AxolotlCraft remain the property of the server. Purchasing items grants you access to them as part of your gameplay experience; you do not own these virtual goods.
8. Server Downtime
- While we strive to keep AxolotlCraft available 24/7, occasional downtime may occur due to updates or unforeseen issues. We are not responsible for any loss of access to items during server downtime.
9. Amendments to the TOS
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website’s news page. It is your responsibility to review the TOS periodically. You can find the news page at https://store.axolotlcraft.net/news.
10. Jurisdiction
- This TOS is governed by the laws of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Any legal disputes must be resolved in the jurisdiction of Toronto.
